[META] First real case — testing the pipeline

What this is

This is the inaugural case in the Shadow-LLM-Guardians archive. It exists to verify the GitHub-Issues → site rebuild → Cloudflare deploy pipeline works end-to-end.

Setup

• Backend: this issue (Shadow-LLM/failure-cases #1)
• Frontend: https://www.shadow-llm.com
• Rebuild trigger: trigger-rebuild.yml fires on issue events
• Build path: GitHub Actions in shadow-llm-web → wrangler → Cloudflare Pages

Expected behavior

Within ~1 minute of this issue being opened:

1. Site rebuild workflow runs in Shadow-LLM/shadow-llm-web
2. lib/github.ts sees 1 real case → exits DEMO mode
3. Homepage banner disappears
4. This issue's content becomes /cases/1 on the live site
5. Visiting https://www.shadow-llm.com shows this card with 1 upvote 0 comments

Threat model

This is meta-tooling, not a model failure. Will be replaced by real failure cases once the platform is stress-tested.
